Content 4 Biz provides a variety of professional content creation services, including:

  • Consulting services related to content marketing

3. Payment Terms

  • Fees: The fees for services provided by Content 4 Biz are outlined in the proposal or contract provided to the Client. Payment is due according to the payment schedule specified in the proposal or contract.
  • Billing: All fees must be paid in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
  • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any refunds granted will be at the discretion of Content 4 Biz and based on the nature of the issue.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide Content 4 Biz with accurate, timely, and complete information required for content creation and delivery.
  • Respond to inquiries or requests for approval in a timely manner to ensure the content creation process proceeds efficiently.
  • Ensure that all materials, including logos, branding, or other intellectual property provided to Content 4 Biz, are owned or licensed by the Client and do not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Upon full payment for services, the Client will own the content created by Content 4 Biz (e.g., written articles, photos, videos). Content 4 Biz retains the right to use the work in marketing materials or portfolios unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise.
  • License: If any third-party content or assets are used (e.g., stock images, music, etc.), Content 4 Biz will secure the necessary licenses for the Client’s use. The Client may not modify or redistribute any work without permission if such licenses are required.

6. Confidentiality

Content 4 Biz will maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information shared by the Client, including business strategies, plans, or proprietary content, and will not disclose this information to third parties without the Client’s consent unless required by law.

7. Termination

  • Termination by Client: The Client may terminate the service by providing 30 days written notice. Any unpaid fees up to the point of termination will remain due and payable.
  • Termination by Content 4 Biz: Content 4 Biz reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time if the Client fails to meet payment obligations, provide necessary information, or violates any of these terms.
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all outstanding fees and obligations must be settled by the Client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Content 4 Biz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for services rendered during the last 30 days.

9. Indemnity

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Content 4 Biz harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Client’s use of the content or services provided by Content 4 Biz.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of New Jersey.

11. Modifications

Content 4 Biz reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and the updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Middlesex county, New Jersey.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with any proposals or contracts agreed upon by the Client and Content 4 Biz, constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Any previous agreements or understandings are superseded by this agreement.
